Day 4 in Glasgow was relatively short as there were only 100s and 200s. Team Steel had 3 swimmers in the finals. Cole Hewitt in the Junior and Cameron Brooks-Clarke in the Open 100 butterfly and Kate Clifton in the Transition 100 Free.

Cole manged to get extremely close to his personal best with a strong 56.46 coming in a superb 3rd place. This is now the third time Cole has gone 56 sec in the 100 Fly in a month, surely it will not be long until the 56 barrier is broken. Cameron managed to improve from his heat swim and came seventh in 53.74. Kate swam a brilliant 100 freestyle in the transition final taking the second spot in a new personal best of 56.31. With this performance and the 50 freestyle from earlier in the week Kate is becoming an excellent sprinter.
