An opportunity has arisen for the City of Sheffield Swim Squad to host small group, stroke specific workshops where swimmers will have the opportunity to perfect their technique and receive individual feedback. The sessions are taking place at Ponds Forge ISC on Friday 29 May 2015.
The sessions are available to any swimmer who is ASA registered and aged between 7 to 14 years. City of Sheffield coaches will lead these and we will guarantee a maximum coach/swimmer ratio of 1:4. We will also aim to group the swimmers on age and/or ability.
Further details and an application form can be found here.

This year the club are again collecting Sainsbury’s Active Kids Vouchers. These vouchers allow the club to get free equipment for squads to use in our land work sessions. In previous years we have managed to get items such as skipping ropes, medicine balls and jump hurdles. Please can all swimmers hand these vouchers into their squad coach or Dannii on a Monday night.
